Slice your chicken breast in half. This will allow them to cook faster and more evenly, plus this allows you to get 2 servings out of one chicken breast. Do this by placing one hand directly on the chicken, using a sharp knife, make a slit parallel to the cutting surface and cut from the thickest side of the chicken breast to within 1/2 inch of the opposite side. Now open the chicken so it lies flat and then cut the halves apart down the middle ( see above pictures).
