Avocado Deviled Egg Salad
This recipe can be made with or without Mayonnaise. If you’re not a fan of mayonnaise, use one whole mashed avocado as a replacement.

hard-boiled eggs
diced

ripe avocado
diced
1/4
cup
whole30 approved mayonnaise

celery ribs
diced
2
scallions
diced

slices
Whole30 approved bacon
chopped (optional)
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Dash of smoked paprika
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, avocado, mayonnaise, celery, scallions, bacon, salt, pepper, and lime juice, mix well.
Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
