This is by far my favorite chicken salad recipe. It is a knock off from the one they serve in the pre-made food section at The Good Food Store. I altered the recipe a bit and switched out the mayo with my own to make it Whole30 compliant. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole30 approved mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 small apple diced
- 2 scallions diced
- 2 ribs celery diced
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise and curry powder.
- Next, add in all remaining ingredients and mix well.
