Ingredients

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the pork over medium-high heat.
Add fresh grated ginger and minced garlic, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coleslaw mix, sugar snap peas (or any additional vegetables you like), sesame seed oil, coconut aminos, and rice wine vinegar. season with salt and pepper. Sauté until coleslaw mix becomes tender.
Stir in sesame seeds and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh cilantro, chopped scallions , and/or chopped almonds.
