I know it seems silly to be doing a video on how to boil an egg. Everyone seems to have their own tried and true methods when it comes to boiling an egg. Boil then cover, add vinegar, poke a whole in the bottom, bake in the oven, etc. But truth be told , I have never had a method that was consistant. Either the yolks were over / under cooked or the whole egg would come off with the shell. That was until I tried the “Perfect boiled eggs” recipe straight out of the whole30 cookbook. I Promise you, these eggs come out perfect every time and will never give you any trouble when you peel them.
