Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Ingredients

pumpkin puree

can
light coconut milk
2
dates
pitted
3/4
tablespoon
pumpkin pie spice
1/2
vanilla bean ( cut pod and scrape out the seeds)
OPTIONAL
pinch
salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about one minute. Poor creamer into an airtight container and store for up to a week in your refrigerator.
Shake vigorously before each use.
Poor in your coffee, stir, and enjoy.
