Ingredients

pounds
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3/4
cup
Franks Red Hot
or your favorite hot sauce
1
tablespoon
ghee
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add hot sauce, garlic, and ghee and toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred, then return to the slow cooker to coat in sauce for another 10 minutes.
