This slow cooker flank steak is so tender and takes less than 5 minutes to prep. I like it served over baked or mashed sweet potatoes with a side of sautéed greens.

- 2 pounds flank steak sliced into 1 inch strips
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning Montreal, ranchers rub, ect.
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste

- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
