Taco / Fajita seasoning

Ingredients

Tbsp. chili powder
2
tsp. ground cumin
1
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1
tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. paprika
1
tsp. sea salt
1/2
tsp. black pepper
¼-½ tsp. cayenne pepper
optional

Tbsp. arrowroot powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Use 2 Tbsp seasoning for every pound of ground meat.
Brown meat in a skillet and then drain off excess fat.
Return meat to pan and add in seasoning mix and 2-4 tablespoons of water.
Mix well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat ; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve and ENJOY!

* You can add more cayenne pepper if you like a spicier taco mix
