We are so glad you are here. Whether your goal is to lose weight, learn healthier eating habits, prevent disease or have more energy, the underlying reason is all the same, you want to FEEL BETTER! Am I right? Over the next six weeks we will challenge you to think differently about your relationship with food. No, it’s not going to be easy, big changes never are. But what you will take away from this is the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to live a healthier life. So, let’s get started!
Yep, we are doing the Whole30. Don’t worry it’s not as scary as it seems. But, you do need to get yourself and your home ready.
Step one, read the rules and get familiar with the book. Check out the recipe section in the back and plan out which recipes you want to try first. If you really want to dive in and learn all the science behind the Whole30, I suggest you pick up a copy of its predecessor It Starts With Food .
Step two, read the handout in your CostCare BootCamp binder titled Getting Started: meal planning and food prep and review the Whole30 reference guides.
Step Three, read the Whole30 label reading guide and check out some of the Whole30 pantry staples.
Step Four, clean out your refrigerator and pantry, make a meal plan, go grocery shopping and start meal prepping!
The CostCare Bootcamp team is here for support. That’s why I created this site. I wanted to give you as many tools as possible to help you be successful along your journey. So, please take your time and explore our site. Both our BootCamp website and Facebook groups are private and only available to those who are enrolled in our program. We want you to feel comfortable to share and ask questions. Remember, you are all here for the same reason.
