This chicken is full of flavor with just a hint of spice.
Thank you Costco for this delicious no-salt spice blend! No additives or preservatives, just spices and dried vegetables. This spice blend is great on vegetables, fish, chicken, turkey and ground meat. If you don’t have a Costco membership you can substitute with another no salt spice and vegetable blend like Mrs. Dash. Just make sure you check the ingredients for added sugar or other off plan ingredients.

- 1 pound chicken breasts 2-3
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Kirkland no-salt seasoning
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Slice your chicken breast in half. This will allow them to cook faster and more evenly, plus this allows you to get 2 servings out of one chicken breast. Do this by placing one hand directly on the chicken, using a sharp knife, make a slit parallel to the cutting surface and cut from the thickest side of the chicken breast to within 1/2 inch of the opposite side. Now open the chicken so it lies flat and then cut the halves apart down the middle ( see above pictures).
- In a medium size bowl, add chicken and all other remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Grill on medium high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle and has an internal temperature of 160°.
- Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
