This recipe can be made with or without Mayonnaise. If you’re not a fan of mayonnaise, use one whole mashed avocado as a replacement.

Avocado Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs diced
  • 1/2 ripe avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup whole30 approved mayonnaise
  • 2 celery ribs diced
  • 2 scallions diced
  • 4 slices Whole30 approved bacon chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Dash of smoked paprika

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, avocado, mayonnaise, celery, scallions, bacon, salt, pepper, and lime juice, mix well.
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
