To my amazement, they happily ate all of it and asked for seconds with no clue as to what they just ate. Now it’s a weekly staple.
In this video, I will show you how to prepare cauliflower rice using a box grater and a food processor. I will also show you a simple way to cook your cauliflower rice.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/4 cup broth or water
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Rice cauliflower using a box grater or food processor (see video).
- In a midium-size skillet, heat one tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower rice and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring frequently.
- Add in 1/4 a cup broth or water and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
