Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables

The perfect week night meal for those with a busy schedule.

*Prep your veggies ahead of time and this meal comes together in minutes.




I like to serve this meal with a side of sauerkraut (hello probiotics) and some dijon mustard.

Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables
Course Main Dish
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30-45 minutes
Servings
Ingredients
  • 4 links whole30 compliant sweet Italian sausage cut into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large sweet potato or yam cubed
  • 1 head brocolli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking fat of choice
  • salt & pepper to taste, usually about a 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30-45 minutes

  • 4 links whole30 compliant sweet Italian sausage cut into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large sweet potato or yam cubed
  • 1 head brocolli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking fat of choice
  • salt & pepper to taste, usually about a 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place vegetables and sausage on a large sheet pan lined with parchment for easy clean up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir with hands to combine.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through. Total cooking time 30-45 minutes. Serve immediately.
