Ingredients
- 4 links whole30 compliant sweet Italian sausage cut into rounds
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 large sweet potato or yam cubed
- 1 head brocolli chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking fat of choice
- salt & pepper to taste, usually about a 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Place vegetables and sausage on a large sheet pan lined with parchment for easy clean up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir with hands to combine.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through. Total cooking time 30-45 minutes. Serve immediately.
