I love this recipe because you can easily get two meals out of one batch.
My favorite way to serve it is on top of a baked sweet potato, garnished with pre-packaged coleslaw mix and dairy-free ranch dressing. The combination of sweet and spicy is absolutely delicious! Or use it to make a hearty buffalo chicken salad.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup Franks Red Hot or your favorite hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add hot sauce, garlic, and ghee and toss to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, then return to the slow cooker to coat in sauce for another 10 minutes.
