- 1 5.4 oz can coconut cream or 1 can full fat coconut milk (see notes)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Mixture will thicken once refrigerated for a few hours.
Recipe Notes
Place a can of full fat coconut milk in the fridge to chill overnight. Carefully turn the can upside down and use a can opener to remove the bottom of the can. Drain off the liquid and scrape the thick coconut cream left behind into a bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
