Asian Turkey Burgers

April 21, 2018 by Alicia Smith 12 Comments

Full of flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.

Missing your bun? Try wrapping your burger in a collard green leaf. I know, it might not sound like your cup of tea, but trust me after you try these you will start wrapping everything in them. They are really simple to make…

1). Wash and remove the stem. ย 2). Take a pairing knife and run it along the spine of the leaf.

3). Steam for about 3 minutes or boil for about 1 minute. ( you can cook them more or less depending on the texture you prefer).

4) Wrap your burger up and enjoy!

blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end
or if it’s the blog. Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.

I’m a huge fan of spicy food, but my stomach isn’t always on board.
I used to just suffer through the consequences until a
friend told me about prophylactic use of acid reducers before a
big meal. I wanted to get a supply specifically for this purpose.
I ordered some Nexium from Medistorehub to keep in my pantry.
Now, before I make my famous ghost pepper chili, I can take one
and actually enjoy my own cooking the next day.

    It’s a game-changer for anyone who loves
food but has a sensitive stomach.

Welcome

Dr. Carol Bridges Through my 20 years of practice, I have many times felt helpless that I couldnโ€™t help patients get healthy through a more natural avenue. Though there have been many obstacles for this, not having an effective dietary platform was my largest hurdle. I have read so many books about nutrition and growing concerns about the food industry. So much information I wanted to share with patients but there was never enough time during our office visits. I have had such motivated patients that have exercised as much as their schedules would allow but never saw results in their labs or on the scaleโ€ฆ. until we really started focusing on what they put on their plates. We have worked with numerous patients this last year in the clinic and the results have been astounding!! The CostCare BootCamp is the venue to bring our dietary platform, medical practice, nutritional research, and exposure of the food industry all together. This BootCamp is truly a dream I have thought about for 5 years. Our team is excited to bring it to you!
